Company name: Lozina Estate and Wine Cellar
Info for the location of the vineyards and company specs: The vineyards are situated at the historical height Simeonova barrow, in the Aheloy fields, where in the year of 917 Czar Simeon, while leading his army, has defeated the army of the Byzantine, near river Aheloy. Lozina Estate has the capacity of 500 tones grapes and it is built in with a modern style, technologically entirely equipped by company Della Toffola, Italy, as well as containers Inox, manufactured by Tomica Metal, Plovdiv.
We have our own 400 dc vineyards from the following sorts: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay Sauvignon, Pamid, Muscat, Uni Blan, Viognier and Russan.
We cultivate the grapes in 100% biologically clean ways, without the usage of any artificial fertilizers. The end result is a certified biologically clean product. At the moment, jointly with the University for Alimentary Technologies in Plovdiv, we develop a method and technological equipment for creating wines with minimal contents of sulphuric.
Sorts of wines that were included in the degustation:
1.Chardone  2007
2.Cabernet  2009-very good taste
3. Merlo 2009- it is necessary to age a little bit before being served for degustation  
4. Merlot and Cabernetthe taste of cabernet is removing the sourness that are caused by the wine.
Questions that came up during the session:
 1. Is it possible to create a taste of wine Rioha? – Yes, it is, after we receive a sample.  
2. Is it possible that the client who buys the lot of wines puts on the bottles his own label with the logo of the restaurant or the farm that is introducing it to the market? – Yes, it is also possible, according to the law.
The manufacture business of the company is 300 tones of wine. It is possible to bottle 3000 bottles per day that are distributed in the country and exported to Thailand.
The production of Sauvignon Blonde is most preferred by our clients and it ends very fast. Possible realization of the production – the end of December and the beginning of January.
